3. Add a device

[1] CLICK + ON THE FAR RIGHT (the line will go green)

If you don't click + and you enter details, you will have to start again. Always click + first to add a new device.

2. Enter the device name (location / property name / device identifier)

3. Enter the IMEI of the device - Tip: To get IMEI send the SIM in unit an SMS saying: ;PHW;

4. Choose your SIM network (if you don't get this right it won't connect - If you network is not available contact us)

5. Optional notes: add anything you like

6. Click + again (the device will be added as a new line)

7. Click the added line to start the initial setup

TIP : Wait until 'Building Device Database' pop up window goes away. Then it's ready to program!
