INTRODUCTION
This guide will help install and configure all Control Freq GSM systems.
The menu to the left starts with 'INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS'. Choose your device from the list to install the hardware.
Then use the 'GETTING ONLINE' menu to start the online setup process.
For installation you will need...
Suitable cable (multi-core alarm / twisted pair)
A security screwdriver (torx bit)
Terminal screwdriver
Drill suitable for fixing to the wall or post
Potentially trunking or conduit for cabling / antenna
For online programming you will need...
The Control Freq GSM device IMEI (the unique device identifier) TIP: send the unit an SMS ;PHW; to get a reply with IMEI)
Functional SIM card with voice, SMS & data functionality enabled
An Internet enabled computer to sign up
A smartphone on Android or Apple (other OS must use Web version of site www.controlfreq.co)
